Resource Technician

Position Summary The CLAS IT Resource Technician’s scope of responsibilities ranges from training, equipment setup, and basic troubleshooting as assigned by the Department of CLAS IT. Responsibilities Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills. Conduct individual training sessions. Maintain websites. Quality control of CLAS computer labs. Assist with hardware assemblies. Track inventory. Move and deliver equipment. Complete other special projects as assigned. Requirements No technical experience is required. Student workers will receive training from CLAS IT staff. Physical Demands Able to travel with a laptop. Able to lift 20 lbs. Compensation Wage Rate: $13.00 per hour.
