Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) – Newburgh Healthcare
Location: Newburgh, Indiana
Compensation: $100,000 – $150,000 annually (based on experience)

Newburgh Healthcare is seeking an experienced, motivated, and compassionate Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead daily operations of our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality resident care, building engaged teams, driving census growth, and maintaining regulatory excellence.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing all day-to-day facility operations

• Leading department heads and developing a strong culture of accountability and teamwork

• Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations

• Driving census, quality measures, and resident satisfaction

• Managing budgets, labor, and operational performance

• Supporting staff recruitment, retention, and professional development

• Building strong relationships with residents, families, referral sources, and the community

Qualifications:

• Active Indiana Nursing Home Administrator license (LNHA) required

• Prior long-term care or skilled nursing leadership experience preferred

• Strong operational, financial, and regulatory knowledge

• Proven leadership and team-building skills

• Passion for resident-centered care and service excellence
