About the Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Healthcare Sales Representative to grow and manage referral relationships for Lorian Home Health. This role drives new business while supporting existing referral partners across hospitals, SNFs, outpatient rehab centers, and medical groups.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain referral relationships
• Generate new referrals and manage existing accounts
• Engage RN case managers, discharge planners, and physicians
• Collaborate with clinical/operational teams to support patient care
• Secure Face-to-Face physician documentation
• Attend sales and interdisciplinary team meetings

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field or five years previous sales or business development experience in home health or other related healthcare industries is required. • Minimum of one (1) year of recent (within the last three (3) years) experience in a Home Health or Hospice Setting. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,) and computerized systems in general is required. • Strong knowledge of local medical community preferred. • Strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills both written and verbal. • Ability to speak comfortably in front of small or large groups.

This position is based on a Pay per visit compensation model.

Pay per visit ranges from $85,000 to $115,000 visit commensurate with experience and depending on type of visit.
