Architectural Technologist

Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team for a contract position in Atlanta, USA. Position Details: 6‑month contract with possibility of extension. Responsibilities Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed design plans. Prepare technical drawings and specifications using computer‑aided design (CAD) software. Conduct site visits to gather information for project planning and design. Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities. Review and analyze building codes and regulations to ensure compliance. Work closely with contractors and subcontractors during the construction phase to ensure project specifications are met. Conduct quality control checks on completed projects. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist. Proficient in AutoCAD software and other related programs. Knowledgeable about building codes, standards, and regulations. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities. Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary of $1300 per month. Accommodation will be provided during the contract. Visa sponsorship is offered for suitable candidates.
