Seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (NY) to provide outpatient services through a remote telehealth program, focusing on delivering compassionate mental health care and collaborating with clients to achieve their goals. Key responsibilities Deliver outpatient mental health services via telehealth, ensuring high-quality care for diverse patient populations Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, utilizing comprehensive assessments Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure patient privacy in a remote work environment Required qualifications Master's level degree and licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC-D) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT-D) Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment planning Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is preferred Comfortable utilizing technology, including telehealth software and video communication tools
