Give us a call opt 1 Job Details: - Shift: 10H Days - Total Weekly Hours: 40 - Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS - Trauma Level: Level 2 - Facility Specific Job Notes: - Minimum of 18 months recent Cath Lab experience./n- Must have 18 months PERM Cath Lab experience PRIOR to travel./n- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE in circulating, documenting./n- On call every other weekend or potentially every third weekend depending on staffing, if not on weekend call, call is approximately 2 days a week, if on call on the weekend then 1 other on call day that week./n- MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND./n- AHA BLS & ACLS required./n- MUST have Epic experience./n- ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required./n- Traveler must work at least every other holiday./n- Two references from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission. References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months./n- Required certifications need to be ACTIVE with nothing pending./n- Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start. Must be updated annually./n- BCI/FBI prints must be completed within 48 Hours of signing the contract.
