As a Sales Associate, you'll be the welcoming face of a customer-centered environment that reflects our culture of hospitality. You'll be part of a team fostering genuine customer connections, sharing product knowledge, and providing personalized service.

• Deliver a customer-centered experience that reflects our culture of hospitality.
• Initiate authentic conversations with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized service.
• Create a seamless omnichannel experience by utilizing available tools.
• Educate customers about the benefits of brand loyalty programs.
• Contribute to overall store performance by staying accountable to personal goals.
• Assist store leaders with merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork and collaboration.

You'll bring to the role:

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Pay Range: $15.16 - $18.95 Hourly USD
