The combination positions Iron Oak Energy with unmatched scale, reliability, and deliverability to customers in all major oil and gas shale plays./ppIron Oak Energy is seeking a Track Mobile Plant Operator who will have a positive impact on the Operations team at its Wyeville, WI Plant location. With limited supervision, the Track Mobile Operator is responsible for the operation of the track mobile equipment for railcar movement while assisting in the dry plant when rail operations are not active to ensure maximum production quantity and quality, while supporting the policies, goals, and objectives of the company. Operator will be cross trained in all aspects, tasks and sub-tasks of rail load-out and plant operations./ppWe are seeking a reliable, safety-focused, and self-motivated Track Mobile Operator who will also support Dry Plant operations. This position is primarily responsible for operating track mobile equipment for railcar movement, while assisting in the dry plant during downtime or when rail operations are not active./ppThis is a dual-role position that requires flexibility, strong work ethic, and a team-first mindset./ppstrongKey Responsibilities:/strong/pulliSafely operate track mobile equipment to move railcars as needed/liliPerform pre- and post-operation equipment inspections/liliCoordinate railcar movements with plant and loadout teams/liliAssist with dry plant operations when track mobile work is not required/liliMonitor plant systems and material flow to ensure efficient production/liliPerform basic maintenance, cleanup, and housekeeping duties/liliFollow all safety policies and procedures at all times/liliCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisors/li/ulpstrongQualifications:/strong/pulliPrevious equipment operation experience preferred (track mobile, skid steer, loader, etc.)/liliExperience in aggregate, mining, or industrial environments is a plus/liliSelf-starter with the ability to work independently without constant supervision/liliStrong attention to safety and detail/liliWillingness to cross-train and assist in multiple areas/liliDependable with good attendance/liliMust have and maintain a valid drivers license/li/ulpstrongPhysical Requirements:/strong/pulliAbility to work in varying weather conditions/liliAbility to climb, lift (up to 50 lbs), and perform physical labor/liliAbility to stand and walk for extended periods/liliMust be able to wear a respirator and other required personal protective equipment/li/ulpstrongWork Schedule:/strong/pulliFull-time position (48+ hours per week)/liliDay shift schedule/liliRotating schedule with every other weekend required/liliOvertime as needed based on production demands/li/ulpstrongWhat Were Looking For:/strong/pulliTakes safety seriously/liliIs a self-starter who doesnt need to be told what to do next/liliIs willing to step in wherever needed/liliWorks well independently and as part of a team/liliShows initiative and takes pride in their work/li/ulpstrongBenefits:/strong/pulliExcellent Healthcare Benefits medical, vision, dental/lili401K with Company Matching/liliVacation + Paid Holidays/liliDisability, Life / ADD, and Long Term Care Insurances/liliEmployee Assistance Program/li/ulpIron Oak Energy is committed to fostering diversity and inclusion in our workforce.
