Step into a fast-paced production plant where your skills keep the lines moving. From the moment you arrive, you’ll partner with operators and fellow techs to ensure modern processing and packaging equipment runs safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

A day in the life

• Start with a walk‑through of the floor, verifying equipment status and prioritizing work orders.
• Diagnose and repair issues across mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Document work performed and communicate findings to production and supervision.
• Champion safe work practices to protect people and product quality.

Compensation & schedule

• $30.00–$38.00/hr based on experience
• 2nd & 3rd shift opportunities

What you bring

• Hands-on industrial maintenance background
• Proven mechanical troubleshooting ability
• Manufacturing experience preferred
