Housekeeper Housekeeper Haven of Bement Location: Bement, Illinois Pay: $15.00 per hour Schedule: Part-Time with Weekend Availability Required At Haven of Bement , we are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at our skilled nursing and long-term care facility in Bement, Illinois. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. Key Responsibilities: Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas Perform routine housekeeping duties including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal Follow infection control and sanitation procedures in a healthcare setting Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping equipment and carts Replenish linens, towels, toiletries, and other supplies Assist with laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and distributing items Help maintain a safe and orderly environment throughout the facility Respond promptly and professionally to housekeeping requests Qualifications: Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred Healthcare or nursing home experience is a plus Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures Ability to work every other weekend Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment Part-Time Benefits: Flexible scheduling Paid vacation and holidays Daily Pay access Employee discount program Opportunities to transition into full-time positions Why Join Haven of Bement?
