Centralized Intake Coordinator Greater Pittsburgh area We are expanding our Centralized Intake department and looking for 4 strong individuals to open our 2nd successful intake office in Cheswick, PA. If you are someone that enjoys working on a team in a fast-paced environment, this may be a great fit for you. Position Summary Responsible for responding to and processing referrals for our 13 skilled nursing communities located in the Greater Pittsburgh market. Coordinating referrals with communities to transition admissions. Full Time with weekend rotation. Must report to office—NOT a remote position. Qualifications Must have at least 1 year of Admissions experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar environment. Clinical background a plus but not required. Knowledge of basic medical terminology. Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid/Managed Care programs. Basic computer skills.
