Solon Pointe is currently seeking compassionate and dependable Resident Coordinators (RCs) to join our team on a PRN basis!

PRN | Flexible Scheduling | Supportive Team Environment

As a Resident Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting residents, assisting the care team, and helping create a positive daily experience for those we serve. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with seniors and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities Include:
• Assisting residents with daily non-clinical needs
• Building positive relationships with residents and families
• Supporting resident comfort, engagement, and overall experience
• Assisting nursing and leadership teams as needed
• Helping maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
• Responding promptly and compassionately to resident requests

Qualifications:
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in healthcare or senior living preferred, but not required
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Passion for providing excellent resident support and customer service
