Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist located in Salinas, CA. The Physical Therapist will assess, plan, and implement individualized rehabilitation programs to improve patients’ mobility, strength, and quality of life. Responsibilities include providing direct care, monitoring patients’ progress, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and educating patients and families about therapy programs and home care practices. Qualifications Strong expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation techniques Comprehensive knowledge of Medicine and Patient Care Experience or familiarity with Home Care services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients, families, and team members Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of California Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team Prior experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation facility is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
