This highly visible role will partner with executive leadership to drive budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic business analysis across a global organization.Key ResponsibilitiesLead annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range planning processes.Build and maintain financial models, consolidations, and executive reporting.Analyze business performance and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling and ad hoc analysis.Partner with operations, accounting, and finance teams across global business units.Develop KPIs and reporting tools to improve business performance and cost management.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.10+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or managerial accounting experience.Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and consolidations.Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.Experience in a global or multi-currency environment strongly preferred.Employment Type: Full-Time | ExemptIf you’re interested in the Senior FP&A Analyst position and are available to work in the Houston area, apply now by sending your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io.
