Senior Data Engineer

Job Description We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer with strong expertise in Lakehouse architecture to design and build scalable data pipelines on AWS. The role focuses on developing high-quality, analytics-ready data models and optimizing data platforms for performance. Key Skills Strong hands‑on experience with AWS Glue and Redshift Expertise in Lakehouse architecture and Apache Iceberg Advanced SQL and data modeling skills Experience handling complex and legacy datasets (mainframe integration) Strong performance tuning and optimization skills Preferred Skills Exposure to API/GraphQL-based data access layers. Familiarity with data contracts and schema versioning strategies. Experience in Healthcare domain (nice to have). Knowledge of modern data architecture patterns (Lakehouse, CDC, Streaming). Roles & Responsibilities Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using AWS Glue. Implement Iceberg tables and data transformations within a Lakehouse architecture. Develop curated and analytics‑ready data models in Amazon Redshift. Normalize and integrate complex datasets, including mainframe data sources. Optimize Redshift performance and data modeling for analytical workloads. Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000 a year TCS Employee Benefits Summary Discretionary Annual Incentive.
