TITLE: Business Development Manager COMPENSATION: Competitive Salary + Bonus BENEFITS: Full package LOCATION: Tulsa, OK Duties Of Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives. Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within target accounts. Establish and maintain relationships with maintenance managers, turnaround managers, reliability engineers, project managers, operations leadership, and procurement professionals. Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals, and customer engagement. Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand client needs and present value-driven solutions. Collaborate with operations, estimating, and leadership teams to develop proposals and service solutions. Negotiate contracts and service agreements while maintaining profitability objectives. Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, forecasting, and customer activity within Salesforce CRM. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer spending initiatives to identify growth opportunities. Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, trade shows, and networking functions. Experience And Qualifications 5+ years of business development, account management, or technical sales experience within the industrial services sector. Demonstrated success selling into refining, petrochemical, chemical, power, or heavy industrial markets. Experience utilizing Salesforce CRM for pipeline management, opportunity tracking, and forecasting. Proven ability to develop new business while growing existing customer relationships. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
