Vice President, Brand Manager

Job Description Do you love brand strategy and advertising development? Like to think creatively about how to solve business challenges? Are you a storyteller that can effectively distill a complex business strategy down to motivating language and visuals? Delivering powerful solutions to amplify the Chase brand and engaging customers in exciting new ways are core missions for the Brand team at Chase. As a Vice President, Brand Manager on the Chase Brand management team, you will build upon your knowledge of interpreting customer insights, positioning strategy, creative brief writing, advertising development, agency partnership, and integrated media and communications planning to deliver key business and brand goals. You will support individual projects while contributing to the larger collaborative mission of building a powerful and increasingly progressive Chase master brand. Job Responsibilities Maintain an understanding of Chase brand purpose, strategy, and standards to facilitate effective brand stewardship and cohesion across all go-to-market efforts Understand the business and marketing objectives, championing brand solutions to deliver on business goals Develop and grow strong working relationships with line‑of‑business partners to provide strategic and tactical brand and advertising support Display a dedication to teamwork and growth, supporting broader initiatives beyond an individual remit Partner with the marketing research team to uncover key consumer insights and test creative ideas and work Co‑lead the development strategy and messaging that sets the course for powerful creative Help deliver inspiring direction for world‑class creative agency partners to develop integrated, breakthrough advertising and messaging strategies Manage day‑to‑day production and implementation of advertising and content tactics across integrated channels spanning video, digital, mobile, social, print, audio, and out‑of‑home Drive emerging media and technology initiatives forward, including AI, evolving owned digital spaces, unbranded content, and more Partner with functional marketing teams (media, social, digital, PR, and analytics) to drive cohesive creative campaigns and measurement through the full lifecycle Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field 6+ years of experience in marketing communications/brand and advertising execution roles Knowledge of AI strategy, planning and implementation within the industry Strong project management skills with the ability to socialize timelines and deliverables across cross‑functional teams Proficient budget management and track record of staying close to cost details while holding stakeholders accountable Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced, fluid environment and manage multiple initiatives under tight deadlines Strong business and marketing acumen with the talent to distill objectives and insights into actionable creative strategy Skill in delivering clear, motivating creative briefs to external agencies and internal teams Commitment to leveraging customer insights and data to drive campaign effectiveness and business results Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills MBA or advanced degree is a plus Experience in affluent/wealth segment marketing or advertising Proven ability to take initiative and achieve results Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and planning skills Strong collaboration and presentation skills, including digital presentation design About The Team Our Consumer & Community Banking division serves Chase customers through a range of financial services, including personal banking, credit cards, mortgages, auto financing, investment advice, small business loans, and payment processing. Leveraging data and analytics, they create and deliver marketing campaigns or service messages through Chase.com, the mobile app, and paid media channels based on what is best for the customer. Eligible roles may receive commission‑based pay and/or discretionary incentive compensation, paid in cash and/or equity.
