About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Finance to lead the financial strategy, planning, reporting, and controls for its multi-site, high-growth healthcare organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the organization's financial strategy, annual budget, and rolling forecast across all entities, sites, and service lines. This role requires the production of accurate and timely institutional-grade financial reporting and analysis, as well as the maintenance of clean and well-documented financial records. The VP of Finance will also be involved in managing the capital structure, banking relationships, and debt, and will be the primary finance contact for lenders and financing partners. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a BS/BA in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a CPA strongly preferred. A minimum of 7 years' of progressive finance leadership experience, particularly in a high-growth, multi-site healthcare setting, is required. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in building and operating institutional-grade financial reporting and controls, as well as experience in M&A and transaction diligence, and lender and covenant management. The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, and experience with modern reporting and BI tools. Behavioral competencies such as strategic vision, communication, action orientation, leadership, and team development are also key for this role.
