About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at Full Throttle Distillery and Smokehouse as a Dish Washer! In this vital role, you'll help maintain our high standards of cleanliness and efficiency, ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly while contributing to a fantastic dining experience.

Responsibilities:

Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment efficiently.

Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen surfaces.

Assist kitchen staff with food prep and organization as needed.

Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages.

Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.

Support the team by helping with other cleaning tasks during downtime.

Collaborate with staff to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.

Maintain a positive attitude and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting preferred.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.

Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Must be at least 18 years old.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
