Bumble Roofing of Birmingham is a family-owned franchise built on honest advice and a simple, white-glove experience for homeowners. We’re looking for a coachable, people-first Home Solutions Expert to guide homeowners from their first roof inspection all the way to the final walkthrough.

No roofing experience? No problem. You’ll complete the Bumble Roofing Training and Certification Program and train in the field with our sales lead.

What you’ll do

•          Meet homeowners at appointments we set for you, inspect roofs, and recommend the right solution

•          Follow a proven 10-step consultative sales process (no high-pressure selling)

•          Be the homeowner’s single point of contact through installation and the final walkthrough

•          Coordinate with our production team and crews, and keep our CRM up to date

What you’ll earn

•          $3,000/month base for your first 60 days while you train

•          Days 61–120: a $3,000/month draw against your commissions while your first jobs install. Then up to 10% commission on every roof installed, uncapped, plus $500 for every roof from a lead you generate yourself

•          Example: 8 roofs installed a month at a $15,000 average = $12,000/month in commission, about $144,000 a year

•          Mileage reimbursed; company vehicle after certification

You’ll fit if you

•          Build trust easily and genuinely enjoy helping people

•          Are organized, reliable, and hungry to learn

•          Have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle

•          Can climb ladders and walk roofs safely, and work some evenings and Saturdays
