Job Description:

Physical Therapist needed for M-F 8 Hour Days. This will be a mixed setting of inpatient and outpatient. The primary need will be the inpatient portion and the outpatient PTs cover the inpatient evals at the moment.

• OK state license required at time of submission
• AHA BLS required at time of submission
