Client Service Representative

VCA Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Center of Kalamazoo is a 24/7/365 emergency, critical care and specialty practice, located in Portage, MI. We are seeking an Experienced Client Service Representative to join our team Full-time. Are you searching for more work life balance? Client Service Representative Duties: Customer service functions such greeting clients and handling multi-line telephones Scheduling and confirming appointments Placing outbound calls for follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clients Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments Recommending, selecting, and obtaining products and services, including prescriptions Answering questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical related pet care Managing medical records, charts, reports and correspondence Potential Schedule : Day, Evening, and Weekend shifts available Compensation: $18 - 21 / hr based on skill set and experience

QUALIFICATIONS:
