First-year earning potential when goals are met: $150,000+

Active real estate license required, or in the process of getting one

• Collaborate with buyers and sellers to facilitate successful real estate transactions.

• Stay informed about the local real estate market to provide clients with accurate and reliable guidance.
• Participate in ongoing coaching sessions to continuously improve your professional skills.
• Work closely with team members to foster a supportive and collaborative environment.
• Implement effective prospecting techniques to identify and secure new business opportunities.

• Active real estate license or in the process of obtaining one.
• Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients.
• Ability to engage in daily sales conversations, enhancing your communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of working collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing coaching sessions to continuously improve your professional skills.
• Ability to stay informed about the local real estate market to provide clients with accurate and reliable guidance.
• Experience in utilizing lead generation strategies to build and expand your client base is a plus, but not required.
