Icon Sales is a fast-growing sales and marketing firm partnering with nationally recognized brands to deliver face-to-face customer solutions throughout the Atlanta area. We are currently hiring motivated, competitive, and sports-minded individuals for an Entry Level Sales Representative position.

This is a full-time, customer-facing sales position focused on building relationships, generating new business, and representing major telecommunications brands through face-to-face sales and customer engagement.

What You’ll Do

• Represent nationally recognized brands in face-to-face sales campaigns
• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Educate customers on products, promotions, and service options
• Assist with account setup and customer enrollments
• Work closely with leadership and mentors to develop sales and leadership skills
• Participate in ongoing training focused on sales, business development, and management
• Contribute to team and individual performance goals in a high-energy environment

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
• Sports-minded or team-oriented mentality preferred
• Comfortable working directly with customers
• Motivated to grow professionally and develop leadership skills
• Backgrounds in retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, athletics, or marketing are encouraged to apply
• No prior experience required, training provided
• 4 year degree preferred

Please note this position is full-time, direct hire for ICON Sales Team, W2. It is a sales position selling technology products and services in an assigned residential territory.
