We work with leaders across human resources, finance, risk, and business functions to address people and operating-model challenges.Within Workforce Transformation, the Employer Health team advises plan sponsors on health and welfare benefits strategy, plan design, financial management, vendor management, and compliance.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor’s degree12+ years of consulting or brokerage experience focused on United States health and welfare benefits5+ years of underwriting experience supporting financial analysis for health and welfare benefit plans5+ years’ experience managing multiple client projects at the same timeAbility to travel 0–30%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.Preferred:Master’s degree in mathematics, statistics, business administration, or public healthExperience evaluating the financial components of pharmacy benefit manager contractsExperience supporting United States Total Rewards programs, including compensation and retirementExperience using artificial intelligence tools to support benefits analysis, plan documentation, client communications, or process improvementBroker’s licenseThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
