Job Summary and Qualifications Performs those duties directly involved with a variety of technical procedures applying ionizing radiation for the purpose of detecting pathology. Operates mammography equipment, maintains records, and develops and organizes films for presentation to the radiologist. Establishes and maintains a good rapport and professional relationship with fellow co‑workers, other departments, and Medical Staff. Works under the supervision of the Imaging Supervisor. Qualifications Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date (ARRT-M) Mammography must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date (ARRT-R) Radiography (RT) Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer Vocational School Graduate HCA Florida Palms West Hospital is a 204‑bed facility in Palm Beach County. We offer preventative and elective programs and surgeries. We are an Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) Primary Stroke Center. HCA Florida Palms West Hospital has emergency services, a dedicated New Life Center and a Level II NICU. We have a full‑service Children’s Hospital. Services include outpatient rehabilitation, an aquatics center, orthopedic spine center, robotics, and interventional radiology.
