Have you got what it takes? 3-5 years of experience as a diesel mechanic, preferably with a construction equipment background. Must have the tools you need to do the job; your hands will only get your so far. Experience with performing diagnostics and repairs, not just preventative maintenance. Experience using diagnostic software and tools. High quality control. Respect your work and make it known.
