Key Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement established treatment plans and document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist in providing care across multiple facility settings as assigned
• Communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient status and any changes in condition
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, professional standards, and applicable regulations

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Montana or ability to obtain prior to start
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to work a Monday through Friday day shift schedule

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care setting
• Experience working across multiple care settings simultaneously
