Key Responsibilities Manage and lead cross-functional teams in marketing, product management, and other departments, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve shared goals. Develop and manage budgets for marketing campaigns, product development, and business intelligence initiatives. Ensure efficient resource allocation and cost-effective execution of marketing strategies. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals to enhance brand positioning and drive growth. Create annual marketing plans, integrating insights from market research, competitive analysis, and consumer feedback. Drive the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events. Utilize innovative marketing techniques and technologies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and product initiatives, ensuring a unified and compelling brand image.
