Schedule: Days - 5x8

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 40

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience
• Experience with NextGen EHR

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of 25-30 patients per week.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments, including fall risk and gross motor assessments.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for various orthopedic conditions.
• Provide case management and collaborate with healthcare team members.

Compliance / Notes:

Dress Code: Business Casual (Khakis and polos are acceptable).
