Accounting Support Specialist

Accounting Support Specialist Location: Irving, TX (near 114/Beltline) Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM. Overtime may be required during the week and occasionally Saturdays from 7:00 AM 11:00 AM. Position Overview: Auto-finance company is seeking a detail-oriented Support Specialist to assist with administrative and processing functions. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to meet productivity goals in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Process and update changes and extension processing in internal systems Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy Post checks and verify payment information Review, process and update customer credit disputes Complete daily reconciliation of transactions and prepare related reports Provide general administrative support to the processing team Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Accounting, or prior accounting-related experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to meet productivity targets in a high-volume environment Comfortable performing repetitive processing and data entry tasks Strong organizational and time management skills Previous administrative, accounting, or data entry experience preferred
