The role involves providing specialized care to patients recovering from anesthesia, with responsibilities across various surgical specialties including Neurosurgery, Plastic Surgery, Ear, Nose, and Throat, Breast Surgery, General Surgery, Gynecology, Urology, Orthopedics, Vascular Surgery, and Endoscopy. The position offers a rotating day/evening schedule and requires flexibility for on-call duties. Job Details: Shift Hours: 12 hours Schedule: Rotating D/E shifts Minimum Hours Per Week: 36.0 Start Date: 10/25/2026 End Date: 01/23/2027 Required Qualifications: Certified Nursing License (RN), relevant accreditation in Post Anesthesia Care Nursing, current licensure in the state of practice, and at least 1 year of clinical experience in PACU or related unit Preferred Qualifications: Experience with neuro, plastics, ENT, breast, general, GYN, urology, ortho, vascular, or endoscopy specialties Additional Information: The role involves providing patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment with a variety of specialties. On-call responsibilities include roughly 3-4 weeknight calls and one 24-hour weekend call within an 8-week period. Call hours may vary depending on staffing needs.
