Registered Nurse – Operating Room

Schedule: 8-hour days, Monday to Thursday, 0700-1630, plus call.

Assignment Details: Guaranteed hours: Not specified. Contract length: 13 weeks.

Requirements:

• Active RN license.
• 2 years of circulating experience in the operating room.
• Experience in endoscopies, general surgery, orthopedics, urology, and podiatry preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• EMR experience with Oracle/Cerner preferred.
• Travel experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Provide intraoperative and postoperative care.
• Assist in surgical procedures as a circulating nurse.
• Train in PACU care if not experienced.
• Manage patient care for ages 7 to 100.
