In this hybrid role, based in San Jose, CA, with flexibility for remote work, the Sales Specialist will engage in building and nurturing client relationships, managing the sales pipeline, conducting sales calls and follow-ups, and identifying opportunities to offer tailored solutions. The role also involves providing product training to clients, resolving customer inquiries, and contributing to the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve company goals. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with clients and resolve inquiries effectively. Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets. Experience in Training and mentoring clients or team members on products or services. Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage a dynamic work environment, both on-site and remotely. Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making is an advantage.
