Core Responsibilities Include Preparing budgets for each engagement. Managing client engagements, including pre-audit planning. Reviewing client accounting practices, operating procedures, and internal controls. Conducting audit tests to verify the accuracy of client financial statements. Documenting workpapers and developing comprehensive accounting worksheets. Performing research on technical issues as needed. Reviewing staff-prepared workpapers and audit programs. Identifying issues and proposing appropriate solutions. Keeping managers and partners updated on the status of engagements. Communicating effectively with clients to complete audits efficiently. Supervising, training, and mentoring staff throughout the engagement. Evaluating the performance of staff for engagement assessments. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. At least 2 years of audit and/or assurance experience. Experience with asset management clients is essential. Preferred Qualifications CPA certification or parts passed towards completion. Master's degree in Accounting or equivalent is preferred.
