Customer Service Representative

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Customer Service Representative Position in Fife WA. This is a great opportunity to further your existing skills as a Customer Service Representative, while learning new ones to assist you in your career.

• Shift: Tuesday-Saturday- 6:30 am – 3:00 pm

• Weekly paycheck

• Pay: $18 to $18.50 p/h

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email.

• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner.

• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues.

• Monitor progress of delivery routes.

• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps.

• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders.

Requirements:

• Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Pay Details: $18.00 to $18.50 per hour
