I'm currently partnering with a highly regarded global private markets investment firm that is expanding its US Tax & Structuring Strategic Projects team and is seeking a Director (or a strong Associate Director ready for the next step). Location: NYC Salary: 300-350K + 30% bonus (bonus can reach 200%) + 20K in shares This isn't a traditional technical tax role. While deep expertise in US fund structuring and tax is critical, the firm is specifically looking for someone who can operate as a strategic project leader—someone comfortable driving change, navigating complexity, influencing senior stakeholders, and leading initiatives across investment, legal, finance, compliance, capital raising, and external advisors. A few highlights: Lead US fund structuring initiatives across real estate and private wealth products Partner directly with senior leadership on new fund launches and product innovation Drive strategic projects, integrations, governance enhancements, and scalable operating models Play a key role in shaping the firm's US structuring platform and long-term growth strategy The ideal background includes: 10+ years of experience in fund formation, investment structuring, and US tax matters Strong understanding of real estate investment structures In-house experience within private equity, asset management, alternative investments, or broader financial services environments #J-18808-Ljbffr Pure Search
