Job details include answering phones and handling employee situations. They are responsible for managing conflict resolution and exercising sound decision-making skills. They have a strong understanding of employee relationships, efficient staffing management, and payroll and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinking problem-solver.Essential FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Perform required procedures to process payroll including data input, timecards, balancing and maintaining accurate staff payroll records.Assisting with the administration of the company benefit programs.New employee orientation and onboarding.Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations.Maintaining electronic and paper records of employees.Assist with the recruitment process by advertising for and identifying candidates, as well as performing pre-employment reference and background checks.Assist with scheduling meetings and interviews with prospective employees.Excellent time management and organizational skillsAttention to Detail is a mustOther duties as assignedRequired Education and/or ExperienceAssociate Degree or greater preferredExperience in a Human Resources function preferredQualificationsAll employees are expected to have a friendly, positive attitude, a sense of urgency, and the ability to multi-task and solve problems.
