Job Title: Accounting Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager with a CPA designation, strong leadership skills, and hands-on systems implementation experience to oversee accounting operations, strengthen financial processes, and support organizational growth. The ideal candidate combines technical accounting expertise with the ability to lead a team, improve workflows, and successfully implement and optimize accounting systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and month-end and year-end close.
• Manage and mentor the accounting team, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and timely completion of deliverables.
• Lead accounting system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.
• Develop and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and financial reporting procedures.
• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax requirements, and applicable financial regulations.
• Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; advanced degree a plus.
• Proven experience managing accounting operations and leading a team.
• Demonstrated experience implementing accounting or ERP systems, including process mapping, data migration, testing, and system optimization.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, drive change, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
