B&A Precision has spent 50+ years earning the trust of Aerospace, Defense, and Medical customers. We’re looking for a CNC professional who can run turning or milling equipment to produce high‑precision parts on time and to spec.
What You’ll Do- Run either CNC horizontal lathes (2–3 axis) or CNC mills (3–5 axis). Applicants will be considered if you specialize in one area.
- Use Fanuc controls and apply G‑code knowledge for basic edits and troubleshooting.
- Read and interpret blueprints; leverage working knowledge of GD&T where applicable.
- Verify in‑process and final dimensions with micrometers, calipers, height gages, and other measuring tools.
- Collaborate with the shop supervisor and team to meet quality and delivery goals.
- Minimum 2 years of CNC operating experience.
- Basic blueprint literacy; GD&T exposure preferred.
- Familiarity with Fanuc controls and G‑code programming.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and precision.
- Comfort working in a team‑based environment.
- Full‑time, 1st shift.
