Speech-Language Pathologist

Berkshire Post Acute in Sacramento is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to provide evaluation and treatment for adults needing post-acute rehab and long-term skilled nursing care. In this role, you’ll assess speech, language, cognition, and swallowing; develop and implement individualized treatment plans; and document progress in the EMR. You’ll collaborate with nursing, PT/OT, and social services, educate patients and families, and support safe discharges.
