Job Description

• Manage transmission and distribution utility projects ranging from 12kV to 500kV
• Support overhead and underground transmission projects up to 500kV
• Oversee substation and distribution infrastructure upgrades including 12kV, 34.5kV, 69kV, 115kV, and 230kV systems
• Manage schedules, budgets, forecasting, and resource planning
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and field activities
• Lead communication with utility clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Manage project scope, risks, change orders, and deliverables
• Ensure compliance with utility standards, safety requirements, and quality expectations
• Lead project meetings, reporting, and progress tracking
• Review engineering packages and contractor documentation

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Transmission & Distribution should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 5+ years of T&D project management experience
• Experience supporting utility infrastructure projects in the 12kV-500kV range
• Strong understanding of transmission, distribution, and substation systems
• Experience with utility clients, EPC firms, or consulting environments
• Experience with MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar scheduling software
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
