Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Active PT license in West Virginia or compact license
• Master's degree

Assignment Details

• No on-call or weekend requirement
• Coverage area includes Mason and Jackson County in West Virginia
• Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient

Location Highlights
