SEC Financial Reporting Manager

DescriptionWe're partnering with a growing organization seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to lead SEC reporting activities and support key financial reporting initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional with strong SEC reporting and US GAAP expertise who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and review SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q and 10-KSupport financial statement, footnote, and MD& A disclosuresResearch and interpret complex US GAAP accounting guidancePartner with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual auditsMaintain and improve financial reporting processes and internal controlsSupport month-end and year-end close activitiesAssist with acquisition accounting and other complex transactionsDrive process improvements that enhance reporting accuracy and efficiencyThis role offers flexibility and some work from home. However, to be considered must live in Colorado.
