Business Development Assistant

We’re building a small, high-impact team at Sesen and are looking for a few strong individuals ready to step into a more commercial role. About the role This is a strong opportunity for someone with a background in localization project management or client services who enjoys working with clients and is ready to step into business development . You will work on: Managing and converting inbound leads Supporting outbound outreach and pipeline development Engaging with global clients across life sciences, MedTech, and technology sectors Supporting proposals and client communication strategy You’ll also gain hands‑on exposure to our next‑generation platforms: Stepes – cloud‑based multilingual localization platform Sesen – AI‑enabled workflows for regulated life sciences content You will see firsthand how AI + human expertise are reshaping global communication. What we’re looking for 1-2 years of experience in localization (PM / client services / similar) Comfortable in a client‑facing role Interested in moving into a commercial / revenue‑focused position Self‑driven and able to operate in a fast‑paced environment Naturally curious and quick to learn in complex, global settings Interest in AI tools and evolving workflows (a strong plus) Most importantly, we are looking for individuals who: Are willing to work hard and take ownership of outcomes Go above and beyond to deliver results for clients and the team Enjoy learning new things continuously and improving themselves Are motivated by growth, challenge, and long‑term development #J-18808-Ljbffr CSOFT International
