Contract Coordinator

Summary : The Contracts Coordinator serves as the central point of coordination for all contractual obligations and relationships across the organization. This role ensures contracts are compliant, financially sound, and align with company goals. The position requires regular interaction with internal departments and external partners to reduce risk, drive value, and support efficient execution of agreements. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include The Following Review, negotiate, and finalize contracts for new construction and service operations Act as liaison with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients regarding contract terms and execution Maintain organized records of current and historical contracts and correspondence Communicate contract expectations, risks, and obligations to internal stakeholders Resolve contract disputes and minimize operational and financial risk Ensure all agreements comply with applicable laws, internal policies, and insurance requirements Review Jonas entries for accuracy and completeness Job billing set up for projects in Jonas Support or lead negotiations with external parties to achieve favorable outcomes Complete bid information requests Final acceptance process at completion of job Perform other duties assigned to support the goals of the department Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
