You'll work closely with a licensed Physical Therapist while playing a key role in helping patients regain strength and function in their homes.

PTAs who enjoy independent work, relationship-building, and caring for a diverse patient population will thrive in this role.

Schedule visits directly with patients

Provide physical therapy services in the home setting

Document patient progress and communicate with your supervising PT

Support patients through recovery and functional improvement

Make a meaningful impact with every visit

$35$42 per visit (based on experience)

Weekly pay

Flexible scheduling (PRN, part-time, or full-time options)

Lubbock, TX and surrounding areas

Active Texas PTA license

Minimum 1 year of experience preferred

Current CPR/BLS certification

Strong communication skills and patient-centered mindset

Compassion for delivering quality in-home care
