Baird Holm LLP is seeking an attorney with 4+ years of experience to join and support the firm's commercial lending practice. This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions alongside a collaborative, nationally recognized team.Responsibilities include:Serving as lead counsel on commercial loan transactionsDrafting and negotiating loan documentsManaging and mentoring junior attorneysConducting and overseeing due diligenceCoordinating and closing complex transactionsExperience with commercial and industrial lending is preferred.Qualifications:Minimum of 4 years of relevant commercial lending experienceStrong academic credentialsExcellent writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skillsDemonstrated leadership ability and comfort working directly with clientsThe successful candidate will be team-oriented, client-focused, and motivated to help grow the firm's commercial lending practice through relationship building and business development.Why Baird Holm?Baird Holm is a multi-service law firm with over 100 attorneys across 28 practice areas, consistently recognized as one of the preeminent firms in the region.
