Overview Nuvia Dental Implant Center, a growing dental implant and fixed-prosthesis center, is looking for a skilled CRNA to join our team at our office in Austin, TX . We provide implants and full mouth restorations to our patients, with patient satisfaction and well-being as our top priority. At Nuvia, CRNAs are efficient, self-motivated, and place patient safety first. An ideal candidate has experience practicing independently and with nasal intubations; we are willing to train the right candidate. Our CRNAs are respected leaders in a positive, engaging culture with autonomy to work in partnership with the Oral Surgeon. This is a PRN position. Report at 6:30 for the first surgery starting at 7:00. 1099 contractor. This role offers opportunity to deliver high-quality dental anesthesia in a collaborative setting while maintaining autonomy and a patient-centered approach. Responsibilities Administer anesthesia with nasal intubation for full mouth dental implants in an office-based setting Collaborate with surgeons and dentists to optimize, develop and implement anesthesia plans Ensure safe and effective delivery of anesthesia by following established protocols and guidelines Perform pre-operative assessments and provide education to patients regarding options and potential risks Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia administration, patient responses and any adverse events Stay up to date with evidence-based research in anesthesia techniques, medications and equipment Qualifications Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program Valid certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) Current ACLS and BLS from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross Ability to obtain and maintain professional malpractice insurance Experience with dental anesthesia is helpful Details Employment type: PRN contractor (1099) Location: Austin, TX Schedule: PRN to cover vacation weeks; predictable Mon-Thursday schedule; no nights/weekends/calls/holidays Compensation Hourly rate: starts at $200 per hour (rates are negotiated based on location and market) Daily guarantee (whether you work or not) 100% autonomy; independent practice #J-18808-Ljbffr Nuvia Dental Implant Center
