What You’ll Do

As a Physical Therapist with Andwell, you’ll:

• Deliver personalized, evidence-based care to patients in their homes and community settings
• Evaluate physical conditions, develop treatment plans, and track progress over time
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure holistic patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on exercises, recovery strategies, and injury prevention
• Support individuals to reclaim their independence and improve quality of life

What You Bring

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Maine (one year of experience required)
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• A compassionate, patient-centered mindset
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
